Accidentally entered my passport number incorrectly which I didn’t notice until after I received the pre-approval letter. I emailed them but I also just re applied (paying a 2nd time) figuring thats what they would tell me to do. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I know that getting a travel visa can be a challenging experience.
